These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Decisio platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Decisio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Decisio provides an AI-powered decision intelligence platform that includes:
- Autonomous AI agents for pricing, inventory, and demand management
- Demand forecasting and scenario simulation
- Smart alerts and risk detection
- APIs and integrations with third-party services
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One account per organization unless otherwise agreed
4. Your Data
4.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Decisio. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
4.2 License to Us
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services, including training our machine learning models on aggregated, anonymized data.
4.3 Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. Our AI recommendations are only as good as the data they are based on.
5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
Important: Decisio provides AI-generated recommendations and insights. These are suggestions based on data analysis and should not be considered as financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving any decisions made by AI agents
- The ultimate business decisions you make
- Any consequences of implementing AI recommendations
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or harmful data
- Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
8. Intellectual Property
Decisio and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including our AI models, algorithms, user interface, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our technology.
9. Confidentiality
We will treat your business data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECISIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Decisio harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time through the platform
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
