- You approve the recommendation in Decisio
- PO is created in Zoho Inventory with correct vendor
- PO status syncs back to Decisio
Multi-App Linking
If you use both Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM, Decisio automatically links products and customers across systems, giving you a unified view.
Data Center Regions
Zoho operates in multiple data center regions. Decisio automatically detects and connects to the correct region:
- US (zoho.com)
- EU (zoho.eu)
- India (zoho.in)
- Australia (zoho.com.au)
- Japan (zoho.jp)
Troubleshooting
Token Expired
OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically. If you see token errors:
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
- Ensure the Zoho user who authorized has active access
- Check that API access is enabled for your Zoho plan
Missing Data
- Verify the data exists in Zoho (not filtered by views)
- Check that the authorizing user has access to the records
- For CRM, ensure modules are enabled in your org settings
API Limits
Zoho has API call limits based on your plan. If you hit limits:
- Reduce sync frequency in Decisio settings
- Consider upgrading your Zoho plan for higher limits
- Contact support for enterprise-level optimizations
